Refund Policy
We accept returns for most unused and unopened physical items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

The product must not show signs of wear, use, or alteration.

Journals that have been written in or personalized cannot be returned.

Digital products, downloads, and gift cards are non-refundable.

If approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
