OFFICIAL RULES & Points System

Welcome to the GHH Legacy Games — Online Monthly Competition. This is where your daily work turns into points for your team.

As a member, you're assigned to one of five teams upon subscription that YOU CHOOSE:

  • Team Aurum (gold)

  • Team Emerald (green)

  • Team Azure (blue)

  • Team Crimson (red)

  • Team Violet (purple)

Every verified workout you post in the GHH Legacy Games group earns points based on the type of training you complete. Your runs, lifts, walks, rides, swims, rows, and recovery sessions all contribute to your team's total score.

⚙️ How It Works

  1. Complete a workout

  2. Take a screenshot from your fitness tracking app

  3. Go to the Submit Workout page on the GHH platform

  4. Fill in your workout details and upload your screenshot

  5. Hit Submit — your screenshot is verified by the system and points are awarded automatically within seconds

 

📋 Submission Details

Fill in what applies to your workout and leave the rest blank:

  • Workout Type — select from the dropdown

  • Duration — how long you worked out

  • Distance — how far you went (miles, km, meters, or yards)

  • Steps — your step count if applicable

  • Calories Burned — active calories from your fitness app

  • Today's Date — the date of your workout

  • Screenshot — attach your fitness app screenshot for verification

Maximum 4 submissions per day

📏 Supported Measurements

We are a global community. The system recognizes all major units of measurement:

  • Distance: miles (mi), kilometers (km)

  • Rowing distance: miles (mi), kilometers (km), meters (m)

  • Swimming distance: miles (mi), kilometers (km), meters (m), yards (yd)

  • Duration: minutes

  • Steps: count

  • Calories: any unit

All distances are automatically converted and matched so there is no advantage to using one measurement over another. A 5km run earns the same points as a 3.1 mile run.

⚠️ No Double Dipping Rule

Points are calculated using distance first. If you provide a distance value, your points are based on distance only. Duration is only used as a fallback if distance is left blank.

Steps and Calories Burned are the only values that stack on top of your base points for any workout.

🏃 Running — Points by Distance or Duration

Distance:

  • 1–2.99 mi / 1.6–4.8 km = 5 pts

  • 3–4.99 mi / 4.8–8.0 km = 10 pts

  • 5–7.99 mi / 8.0–12.9 km = 15 pts

  • 8–10.99 mi / 12.9–17.7 km = 20 pts

  • 11+ mi / 17.7+ km = 25 pts

Duration (only if distance is blank):

  • 20–39 min = 5 pts

  • 40–59 min = 10 pts

  • 60–89 min = 15 pts

  • 90+ min = 20 pts

🚶 Walking — Points by Distance or Duration

Distance:

  • 1–1.99 mi / 1.6–3.2 km = 2 pts

  • 2–4.99 mi / 3.2–8.0 km = 3 pts

  • 5+ mi / 8.0+ km = 5 pts

Duration (only if distance is blank):

  • 30–59 min = 3 pts

  • 60+ min = 5 pts

🥾 Hiking — Points by Distance or Duration

Distance:

  • 2–3.99 mi / 3.2–6.4 km = 5 pts

  • 4–7.99 mi / 6.4–12.9 km = 8 pts

  • 8+ mi / 12.9+ km = 12 pts

Duration (only if distance is blank):

  • 60–119 min = 8 pts

  • 120+ min = 12 pts

🏋️ Strength Training — Points by Duration

  • 20–39 min = 5 pts

  • 40–59 min = 10 pts

  • 60–89 min = 15 pts

  • 90+ min = 18 pts

⏰ HIIT (duration):

  • 20–39min = 8pts

  • 40–59 = 12pts

  • 60+ = 16pts

🚴 Cycling — Points by Distance or Duration

Distance:

  • 5–9.99 mi / 8.0–16.1 km = 5 pts

  • 10–19.99 mi / 16.1–32.2 km = 10 pts

  • 20–29.99 mi / 32.2–48.3 km = 15 pts

  • 30+ mi / 48.3+ km = 20 pts

Duration (only if distance is blank):

  • 30–59 min = 5 pts

  • 60–89 min = 10 pts

  • 90–119 min = 15 pts

  • 120+ min = 20 pts

🚣 Rowing — Points by Distance or Duration

Distance:

  • 1–2.99 mi / 1.6–4.8 km / 1609–4827 m = 5 pts

  • 3–4.99 mi / 4.8–8.0 km / 4828–8046 m = 10 pts

  • 5–7.99 mi / 8.0–12.9 km / 8047–12874 m = 15 pts

  • 8+ mi / 12.9+ km / 12875+ m = 20 pts

Duration (only if distance is blank):

  • 20–39 min = 5 pts

  • 40–59 min = 10 pts

  • 60–89 min = 15 pts

  • 90+ min = 20 pts

🏊 Swimming — Points by Distance or Duration

Distance:

  • 0.25–0.49 mi / 0.4–0.8 km / 400–800 m / 440–880 yd = 5 pts

  • 0.5–0.99 mi / 0.8–1.6 km / 800–1600 m / 880–1760 yd = 10 pts

  • 1–1.99 mi / 1.6–3.2 km / 1600–3200 m / 1760–3520 yd = 15 pts

  • 2+ mi / 3.2+ km / 3200+ m / 3520+ yd = 20 pts

Duration (only if distance is blank):

  • 20–39 min = 5 pts

  • 40–59 min = 10 pts

  • 60–89 min = 15 pts

  • 90+ min = 20 pts

🧘 Mobility & Recovery — Points by Duration

  • 20–39 min = 3 pts

  • 40+ min = 5 pts

👣 Steps — Applies to ANY Workout

  • 8,000–9,999 steps = +2 pts

  • 10,000–14,999 steps = +5 pts

  • 15,000–19,999 steps = +8 pts

  • 20,000+ steps = +12 pts

🔥 Calories Burned — Applies to ANY Workout

  • 300–499 calories = +1 pt

  • 500–799 calories = +2 pts

  • 800+ calories = +4 pts

🏆 Bonus Points

Two-a-Day Bonus Complete 2 verified workouts in one day = +5 points

7-Day Streak Bonus Post verified workouts 7 days in a row = +15 points

📊 Monthly Team Competition

During each month:

  • Team points are totaled constantly

  • Leaderboards are updated on the live scoreboard

At the end of each month:

  • Winning team members each earn 200 loyalty reward points

  • Top scorer on the winning team earns 1,000 loyalty reward points

  • Individual standouts are recognized

  • Scoreboard Points reset on the 1st of every month

Your lifetime points are tracked on your profile.
